I started my professional activity communi-cations consultancy in 1996 in one of the major companies operating in the market: Unimagem. This company was fundamental to my professional start in this activity. Reading newspapers, press clippings and clipping, preparing the press summary for clients and file were key steps in the beginning of this career.

Customer management only began after past these first steps. I Miguel Almeida Fernandes and Maria Lacerda the bet you made me in my career start. After an invitation that was made to me in 1998 to head the sales department started from Lisbon Zoo in 2000 one of the most decisive stages in my career when John Lebanon Monteiro challenged me to join your advisor, JLM & A. There were 4 years of great professional requirement and where more developed my skills in this professional area. The JLM & A was a company with a degree of professionalism and very strong demand and offering its employees opportunities for professional development.

At the end of 2000 the company pointed me to your customer PT SGPS, which was in full-time basis until the 2003. In 2004 Carlos Vasconcellos Cruz, Vice President of PTSGPS, invited me to join the tables the telecommunications operator. Another step that I believe is relevant to consolidate my knowledge and expertise in communications consultancy. They were over 10 years of intensive and constant professional challenges in the Portuguese multinational higher. In the communication field as a multinational PT is undoubtedly a unique professional experience in the Portuguese panorama.

But the year 2014 was the year of transformation. After a careful consideration I decided to open my own communications consulting firm and start a new professional phase of my life. In Lucena Consulting we are convinced that we can do as well or better than the competition, offering experience and know-how to our customers. At the end of the equation Lucena Consulting wants to be perceived by the business market as a consulting company that works in partnership with its clients, defending their legitimate interests to be scrutinized by an independent media, pluralistic and strong.
